I order these as part of a group order for my office's Summer Picnic. I went through and started examining them I found 3 with smeared text, 3 with the text practically on the zipper and another 18 that the alignment from left to right was off. Out of a total order of 130 that is 24 that failed. That equates to a 18% error rating.When I reported the problem they initially said they would replace the damaged/defective ones at no extra cost. The next day I get a message saying that they are issuing a refund but when I asked for clarification they said that we aren't getting the replacements, just the refund that wasn't even enough to cover the costs for replacing them. The quality control and customer service are terrible.
