The first couple weeks they were perfect. Overtime within the two months the zip lock area From washing them did not hold the grip anymore. Love the idea of them but the durability of the bag were not great. They are much thinner and lighter than all others I've tried... but it's not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, I actually prefer these for some uses. I like using these for things like straws, small parts, and most non-food related items. The are durable enough to easily handle the job and don't feel heavy and bulky like the other models. When it comes to food duty, I prefer the other, heavier models, especially in the freezer. Either way, these are very useful and have a place in my every day life - they just aren't for EVERY scenario that requires a ziplock bag.I spend a lot of money on sandwich bags because I pack my family lunch, so I bought these… they are ok. The problem I have with them is they stain easily. Like really easy and it doesn’t come out. I put watermelon in the bag and it stained…I have used the countless times since I bought them!!! They are so convenient and easy to use and keep clean! I have cut down on a ton of plastic baggie waste as well!Bought these for kid's lunches. After a week of using them the closing mechanism did not lock in place. It held the kids sandwiches and snacks which the size was larger than the disposable ones that I purchased before. I now fold the bags over to keep them from opening up and having the food item fall out. As wonderful as they are, I did have two negatives for this product. First, I wish the bag zipper tops were color coordinated in order for me to see the bag and immediately know whether it is a gallon, quart, or snack size bag. I think this will help countless people in saving a few minutes trying to determine what size the bags are without blinking. Another issue is the size of what the manufacturer lists as Gallon. It is more like a larger quart size. The bag still works well but it is not as large as a gallon sized Ziplock bag. The last issue is regarding the bag design. I wish the design of the bag allowed for it to stand independently. By adding this one design detail would make it easier to fill the bag. The current bag design requires one hand to hold the bag open and one hand to fill the bag. Because of its reusable silicone it is heavier than a traditional Ziplock so the bag closes itself quicker because of this weight difference. The bags can be stored in a bamboo Ziplock bag holder but it will take a little more effort to make sure they actually fit. This is a Product of China. I am really happy with these bags and how easy they are to incorporate into my lifestyle.
