It's good but only 4 stars because I always end up with a good portion of it with small crumbs. Not sure if they aren't putting big pieces all the way through when they package this or what but I end up losing about 1/3 of it due to that fact...so it'd be nice if all the flakes were whole and big when I got them all the way through the bag. Maybe that's not possible when you UPS this stuff, don't know but wish they'd try to package it better and ensure whole chunks are indeed filling the entire bag.
